Advice: How to flake on the date

Instead of writing a text 'I am sorry, but I am not showing up for the date tonight,' write the truth 'It does not bother me that you now have nothing to do this evening..I have had 2 days to think about it, and the future will not work between, I don't want the three kids, nor do I want to move to Tokyo (David Kilimnick on how a girl flaked on him for the blind-date because she thought that going to a play together meant marriage).
